Glenn Adamson Onboard

Feb 17, 2025 We are thrilled to announce that Glenn Adamson, outstanding fine craft curator, historian, and author will be contributing an essay to David Ellsworth's book.

Glenn, who has followed woodturning and known David for several decades, wrote the central chapter in the definitive history of our field--Woodturning in North America Since 1930 (Yale, 2001). His extraordinary portfolio of publications includes Thinking Through Craft (2007), The Craft Reader (2010), and the monumental Craft: An American History(2021). His latest book is A Century of Tomorrows, published by Bloomsbury (December, 2024).
